Abstract:
The research aims to identify “the effect of a training program using offensive tactical formation exercises to improve the effectiveness of the offensive performance of playing from above for junior judo players.” The experimental approach was used with an experimental design for one experimental group due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The research sample was chosen intentionally from junior judo players in the club. Al-Ward Sports Island in Mansoura, Dakahlia Governorate, for the age group under 15 years of age, who are registered in the records of the Egyptian Judo, Aikido, and Sumo Federation for the sports season 2023/2024 AD, and they number (10) juniors. Homogeneity measurements were conducted in the basic variables, which are (age, height, weight, training age),As well as in some physical abilities and the effectiveness of the offensive performance of tactical formations for playing from above for the junior judoka under investigation. The most important results indicated that the proposed training program using exercises for offensive tactical formations has had a positive impact on the effectiveness of the offensive performance for playing from above for the junior judoka, whether (for complex tactical formations or formations). Skill phrases), and the proposed program also contributed to controlling body movements and saving effort, which led to the skill appearing in its aesthetic form.
