Abstract

The research aims to build a proposed scheme for applying the European model of excellence EFQM in sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate, the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and a questionnaire was prepared, and the application was done on a sample that was chosen randomly, stratified, survey number (49) individuals and a basic sample consisting of (298) An individual from the boards of directors, executive directors, marketing managers, administrative bodies, and workers in sports clubs (companies - private - civil in Dakahlia Governorate, which totaled 45 sports clubs). The most important results were finding an effective and announced policy in the club to attract and retain workers with high skills and capabilities. The club's management has sufficient flexibility to respond to surrounding changes. The club manages internal and external changes to ensure continued success (transformation leadership). The interest of the club's management in analyzing the elements of the external environment, detecting opportunities and threats, and developing appropriate strategies to deal with them. The club's management is concerned with the members' needs when formulating the club's strategic goals and objectives, The administration helped improve working conditions in the club, There is interest on the part of the management of the suggestions made by the workers regarding the quality of performance, Considering the implementation of the proposed scheme.
