Mechanisms of Spreading the Culture of Sports Entrepreneurship among Mansoura University students
The research aimed to pinpoint the processes of spreading the culture of sports entrepreneurship among Mansoura University students. To achieve this goal, it used the descriptive approach (survey method), that was presented in the references. Then, a field study was conducted based on a questionnaire to identify the mechanisms of spreading the culture of sports. It was applied to a sample of male and female students consisting of (1044) students, of whom (876) undergraduate and graduate students, and (168) students at the postgraduate level. The study produced a number of findings, the most significant of which: students` highly agreement on the mechanisms of spreading the culture of sports entrepreneurship (goals, requirements, and procedures). One of the research`s goals is creating new job opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. It also allocates a system of financial incentives for talented students as one of its requirements. Finally, the researcher finds out that the university's procedures for fostering a culture of sports entrepreneurship among its students should be through communicating with various media to throw light on sports entrepreneurship.
