Abstract

The effectiveness of a proposed rehabilitation program to improve strength and muscle balance In children of Hemiplegia, as the researcher used the experimental method, with an experimental design for one group due to his contact with the nature of the research on a sample of (6) children with Hemiplegia , and the most important results were the presence of differences A statistical function between pre-measurement and post-measurement in muscle strength, balance (motor and static) which indicates the effect of the program on developing and improving the functional state of the affected muscles and joints and raising their efficiency, The most important recommendations were the use of the rehabilitation program to improve muscle balance in children of Hemiplegia.
