Abstract

The study aimed to identify Effect of special drill by the flexibility lost device on the performance level of the round kicks (Mawashi Gerri) for karate players". The researcher used the experimental method by measuring the tribal and the vertebrae to suit the nature of the study. The sample included 10 males from specialty students. And the interviews to collect the research data, and the search to develop special flexibility and special power and improve the skill level of kumite players and their skill level in the sentence in search.
