Abstract

Comparison of leadership behavior according to the degree of Asian categories among football coaches in Sulaymaniyah Governorate And their relationship to professional satisfaction. The need of the sports community increases with the passage of time to prepare trainers and leaders to be able to lead their team in full and their impact on the behavior of individuals in order to obtain satisfactory results, and with the belief in this important role of those sports leaders, it is important to find the availability of the principle of satisfaction with work In order to contribute to the completion of professional aspects in the leadership process by increasing motivation towards performance and achieve optimal patterns of leadership behavior that serves the sports community in general and the game of football in particular and due to the lack of study in this area and the urgent need for such The criteria for achieving the objectives of the research, which seeks to solve and explain the basic research problem, which is determined in an attempt to know what is between the leadership behavior of trainers and the comparison between the grades of Asian groups and what is the type of relationship between leadership behavior and professional satisfaction of football coaches according to the Asian groups in the province of Sulaymaniyah The researchers noted that it is necessary to study the nature of the variables investigated in order to provide a new scientific addition in the field of sports work, especially in the game of football. The coaches were selected in the province of Sulaymaniyah, who obtained the Asian certificate for the categories (C, B) and the number of (42) community training for research, and chose the researcher (36) trainers sample of the search after the exclusion of (6) coaches for each category was removed (3) (85.71%), which is a high percentage that can be studied.  The researchers reached the following conclusions The emergence of a significant difference of leadership behavior of the behavior of leadership between categories (B) and (C) football coaches in the province of Sulaymaniyah and for the category (C).
