Abstract

This research aims to the recognition of the effect of "Suitable Effort Exert and spatial orientation Abilities trainings on some physical variables level and foot work skill of soccer juinors goal keepers" The reaserhers use the semi-experimental approach through having only one experimental group to achieve the aims and purposes of the study. The research sample consisting of  8 under 16 years old juniors was selected Intentionally from Mansoura Club and Al-Ahly Mansoura Acadmy. The study most important results demonstrated that the suitable effort exert and spatial orientation abilities trainings had improved some of the physical variables level (30 m running from stability – right foot horizental jump speed – left foot horizental jump speed) and foot work skill level for under 16 years old soccer juniors goal keepers. Their also exist a statistically significant proportional correlation relation between the suitable effort exert ability and the foot work for under 16 years old soccer juniors goal keepers. So the researchers recommended that the coaches should give a great interest to developing the  coordinative abilities through making it an essential part of soccer juniors goal keepers training program besides performing more similar studies on different goal keepers samples in terms of  age, sex and sport activity.
