Effect of balancing training (static-dynamic) on some physical variables and complex skillful performance level of youth soccer players

Document Type : Original Article

Abstract

The most important result of the study was that the balancing training (static-dynamic) had improved the physical variables (running 30m from a movement start – vertical jump – triple jump on single foot – maximum stable strength of legs muscles – agility - strength endurance of legs muscles). Also, the complex skillful variables had ameliorated (direct passing from movement – receiving from movement then passing - receiving from movement then running then passing – direct shooting from movement – receiving from movement then shooting – receiving from movement then running then shooting). There is a correlation between balancing (static-dynamic), the physical variables and the complex skillful variables under consideration. So the researcher recommends that coaches should give interest to developing balancing (static-dynamic) through training units as much as giving interest to other physical variables. Also performing more and more of similar studies on different age, sex and sportive activity samples.
