The Relationship between Gender and both of Creative Thinking Ability and Benefiting from Brainstorming for Psychology Sport Department Postgraduate Students

The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between gender and both of creative thinking ability and benefeting from brainstorming for postgraduate students in the Department of Sport Psychology, the quasi-experimental methodology for one group has been used through pre and post measurement, as well as the descriptive methodology, as it is suits the research goal and its procedures nature by describing, analyzing, and extracting facts from what is exist, the research sample has been chosen by the intentional way from postgraduate students (PHD/MSC) registered in the Sport Psychology Department of Physical Education collage, Mansura university, where the sample size was (8) males and (7) females, the methods of data collection which have been presented in this research where: preparing a program for brainstorming strategy, and designing a test for the occupational creative thinking ability, were the most important results of the research are:  the existence of significant differences between the pre and post measurement in the creative thinking ability for postgraduate students in the Department of Sport Psychology for the favor of pre measurement according to gender variable (males and females) for the favor of males in the variables of flexibility and total sum, the existence of significant differences in the benefiting from brainstorming strategy for the research sample of postgraduate students according to gender variable (males and females) for the favor of males in the variables of flexibility, fluency, and total sum.
