The research aims to identify the skeleton distractions common to middle school students in the Republic of Iraq. The researcher used the descriptive method using the survey method was selected core sample randomly strength (60) and students (50) exploratory sample student and researcher concluded that deviation high shoulders one more deviation upper limb prevalent among students increased by % 22.54. 2) deviation of lateral bending of the spine, increasing the concavity cervical deviations less prevalent among pupils at a rate of % 3.28. 3) no differences between different classrooms middle schools in the Republic of Iraq deviations skeleton Attention to the universal periodic medical examination on the students' interest in knowing where that distortions at this stage helps to treat the deformity from the beginning is easy. Further studies on different stages where it was found the lack of research on, especially in Iraq.
