The research aims to educational program using balance for fifth-grade pupils of primary school to identify its effect on some of physical variables and learning of Jump shoot at basketball, The researcher used the experimental method due to its suitability to the nature of the research and its procedures through experimental design with two groups pre and post for each group, where was the strength of the total sample (30) pupil, and the most important results use of educational program using balance showed a positive impact on development physical variables and learning of Jump shoot at basketball for students in Primary stage , and the most important recommendations Application educational program using balance to development physical variables and learning of Jump shoot and at basketball and means of contributing to and participating next to the teacher in the educational process, especially in basic education.
