The effect of total body resistance exercise TRX program on the development of basic technical leaps in rhythmic exercises for the students of the Faculty of Physical sports in Mansoura

Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of exercises overall resistance of the body TRX program)) on the development of basic leaps in the exercise artistic percussion for the students of the Faculty of sports Education. the researchers used the experimental method using the experimental design of two experimental one and the other officer, and by the two measurements (tribal - post test) for each group. the total sample size (16 students), were divided into two groups, each group (8 students), important results to exceed the experimental group (Total body Resistance Exercises TRX) leaps in performance level under the control group (traditional exercise). The researchers recommends taking into account the benefit from the exercise’s overall resistance of the body TRX and applied in the faculties of sports Education, as also recommended to apply in various sports activities.
