Abstract

The importance of research is through the use of relaxation exercises to detect the extent of their effect on the level of biochemical indicators of physiological effects that may affect the performance of the glands and adapt them in the exercise of sports activity, which may be these changes either increase or decrease the normal rates of hormones in blood swimmers 50 meters free The aim of the study is to prepare exercises for relaxation and to identify the effect of relaxation exercises on some biochemical variables of a free 50 m freestyle for men. The researchers used the experimental method as the most suitable method for the nature of the research problem. The researchers chose the originality community by means of the short distance swimmers of the Sulaymaniyah swimming team. According to the experimental design which is governed by the current study hypotheses according to its independent variable, it is easy to avoid bias to be one experimental group at the same time to reach (10) swimmers. After discussing the results, the researchers concluded the following: Relaxation exercises contribute to the hormonal regulation of the hormones (triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxine (T4), adrenal hormone activating adrenal gland (ACTH), cortisol (CORTISOL), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), serotonin Meet the requirements of completion before the start of competition directly with the swimmers of the team of Sulaymaniyah province. In addition, Relaxation exercises help to regulate blood sugar and reduce it before the start of competition directly with the swimmers of the province of Sulaymaniyah. Also, Relaxation exercises contribute to reducing the time of completion of swimming (50) meters free swimmers’ team Sulaymaniyah province.
