Abstract

The aim of the research was to identify the effect of special exercises on the basis of some biomechanical indicators on the technical performance of 57 javelin disabled athletes. The researcher used the experimental method. The researcher was chosen by the intentional method and its strength was 3 contestants representing two disabilities Children and amputations category 57 and registered in the records of the Union of Athletics of the Paralympic Committee during the sports season 2015/2016 The researcher concluded that the specific exercises suggested positively in terms of significance during the first performance moments and the second on the biomechanics indicators And the numerical level of the research sample of the disabled players category "75", and the existence of a correlation between the biomechanical variables and the digital level of throwing the spear during the moment of maximum extension of the arm, and recommended the importance of the use of the proposed training program using special exercises proved to be biomedical effectiveness in advance with the skill in the development Biomechanical indicators and the digital level of javelin players, and guided by the quantitative values of the biomechanical indicators of the arm during the different moments is one of the determinants of performance on which mechanical performance can be based
