Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify the effect of ballistic exercises on muscle strength and skill level of female under 10 years in gymnastics by: The effect of the ballistic exercises under study on the level of physical performance of the side profile followed by a quick background rotation followed by a graduated air cycle and the effect of the ballistic exercises under study on the skill level of the side axle followed by a quick rear axle followed by a graduated air cycle The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences between the tribal and the parametric measurement of the physical variables of the experimental group. There are statistically significant differences between the tribal and algebraic measurements of the experimental variables of the experimental group. The most important recommendations were the use of the method of ballistic training in light weight and body weight to develop muscle capacity and improve the level of physical performance of gymnastics under 10 years. Taking into consideration the selection of the appropriate training method for gymnastics establishments and taking into consideration the intensity and size of the training.
