Evaluation of the role of human resources in achieving the objectives of sports clubs in Dakahlia governorate

Abstract

The objective of the research was to find out the effectiveness of human resource functions to achieve the objectives of the sports clubs in Dakahlia governorate. The descriptive approach was used to compel the survey method. The research sample was chosen deliberately by the (450) Board of directors and directors of departments and administrators of the sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate. The absence of programs to guide and define the nature of work. Performance of employees is assessed by the Board of Directors of the club. Also, Training workshops are not organized by the Human Resources Department at the club. In addition, Employees are not tested or interviewed by the Director of Human Resources at the club.
