The training exercises are one of the most important factors necessary to improve the physical and skill level of the players. Therefore, this research aims to identify the effect of some harmonic exercises on the level of skill performance of Kata (Nokata Survivor) for the first class athletes in judo" For the purpose and hypotheses of the research, using the experimental design of two groups, one experimental and the other a female officer of 10 players representing the age group 15-17 years. The researcher also relied on the tools and means to achieve the goal of the research. The most important results indicated the superiority of the group (Experimental) on the control group that used the program (traditional) in all the variables under consideration
