Evaluation of the relationship between the educational environment and the teaching efficiency of the teachers of physical education in the second stage of basic education in some educational departments in Dakahlia governorate

Abstract

The study aimed at the reality of the educational environment in the second stage of basic education, the relationship of the current educational environment with the teaching competence of the teachers of physical education. The researcher used the descriptive approach to the nature of the research. The study applied to 120 teachers of sport education by 25% (580), and the questionnaire was applied in the period from 1/1/2019 to 30/2/2019, The most important results are the lack of financial support from the Ministry of Education to spend on school sports activities to achieve the desired goals, the lack of available areas and sports fields equipped with first aid in the event of any injury during the share of physical education, the current educational environment does not help the teacher of physical education to employ means Educational well during the implementation of the lesson of physical education , The most important recommendations are the need for the appropriate educational environment in public schools to promote sports education in all activities, The Ministry of Education must provide material support to the teachers of sports education to motivate them to perform their duties in the best possible manner. The Ministry of Education must provide material and moral support to school students to encourage them to participate in sports activities.
