The reality of economic feasibility studies and their contemporary applications as an introduction to managing investment projects in some sports clubs

Abstract
The research aims to identify the reality of economic feasibility studies and their contemporary applications for investment projects in some sports clubs. The researcher used the descriptive approach, due to its suitability to achieve the research objective and its suitability to the nature of its procedures,The research community is represented by the major sports clubs in the Arab Republic of Egypt, numbering (119) one hundred and nineteen clubs. The researcher selected the research sample according to the geographical regions, as the Arab Republic of Egypt was divided into (7) seven sectors “geographic regions”. Then the researcher drew the research sample using the random stratified method from the (7) seven major sports clubs selected from (boards of directors, executive and sports director, financial management, marketing management, investment management, club managers, technical and administrative devices) affiliated with those clubs, numbering (300) individuals, at a percentage of (22.57%) of the research community as a whole. The researcher also selected (30) individuals for the exploratory sample and from outside the original sample,The researcher used the questionnaire to identify the reality of economic feasibility studies and their contemporary applications for investment projects in some sports clubs, prepared by the researcher,The most important results indicated: One of the most important results was the weakness of applying economic feasibility studies and their contemporary applications for investment projects in some sports clubs. These studies can be referred to as follows: (technical feasibility study,environmental feasibility study, legal feasibility study, financial feasibility study, marketing feasibility study, social feasibility study).
