The Impact of A recreational Sports Program on Visual and Abilities Learning Some Table Tennis Skills

Abstract

The research aimed to design a recreational program and know its impact on the skills and learn some skills in the sport of table tennis (Ready pause - foot movements - forward serve - back serve) for the students of the first year in the Faculty of Physical Education in Qena, where the curriculum was used and enrollment was completed in one of the experimental designs. The design is the time determined by the group common. The selection of the research sample by the intentional method, consisting of (40) female students from the first year of the Faculty of Physical Education in Qena, who are enrolled in the academic year 2021/2022 This is in addition to (10) female students from the same research community as an exploratory sample to ensure the validity and reliability of the research tools. The proposed recreational sports program, visual tests, and skill tests in table tennis were used as data collection tools. The results showed that the proposed recreational sports program has an impact on improving visual abilities and learning some basic skills in the sport of table tennis under study.
