Abstract

This research aims to design a rehabilitative program with the use of neuromuscular facilitation exercises (PNF) in order to raise the functional efficiency of the posterior muscles of the thigh affected by the rupture of football players. They were deliberately chosen from football players, where muscle strength and motor range were measured and the electrical activity of the back muscles of the thigh was measured. The researcher also used the electrical activity analysis of muscles (E.M.G) to study the electrical changes that occurred before and after the rehabilitation program. Electrocardiogram (response amplitude _ response speed _ response time) and the level of muscle strength resulting from the rehabilitation of the posterior thigh muscle rupture. Also, the rehabilitation program for the posterior thigh muscle led to an increase in the improvement of the electromuscular activity (E.M.G) variables under study, except for the variable (latency period, least contraction) The most important recommendations were to guide the rehabilitation program with the use of neuromuscular facilitation exercises (PNF) in order to raise the elbow Functional efficiency of the torn posterior thigh muscles for soccer players.
