Requirements for applying organizational agility standards in sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate

Abstract

The research aims to identify the requirements for applying organizational agility in sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method, and a questionnaire was prepared, and it was applied to a sample chosen by the stratified random method, a survey numbering (50) individuals and a basic sample consisting of (310), a member of the senior and middle management in the sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate, which number (45) sports clubs, the most important results were that the club's management is constantly interested in the process of continuous improvement, the club has the ability to face future challenges, the club's management is making continuous efforts to invest its energy optimally, there is complete integration and harmony between the club's units and sections, the club adopts innovative ideas presented by the employees, the club is interested in developing a set of services provided to customers that are distinguished from what competitors offer, the club reconfigures its resources according to environmental developments at the appropriate time, the club can restructure operations to achieve its goals effectively, the club’s organizational structure is characterized by flexibility to keep pace with changes in individuals and goals, the club prepares the work environment to accept the idea Self-development and creativity, the club has proactive plans to confront challenges, the club balances the requirements of stakeholders (community, employees, followers, and others).
