A rehabilitation program for some anatomical changes associated with connective muscle injury among short-distance runners

Abstract

The study aimed to identify a rehabilitative program for some anatomical changes associated with the connective muscle injury of the short-distance players, during which the experimental method was used on a sample of (12) patients with the connective muscle of the short-distance players. Born in 1998-2001 AD from the players of sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate, where the rehabilitation program was applied to the research sample for a period of (6) weeks, at the rate of (3) sessions each week, and after completing the application of the rehabilitation program, dimensional measurements were taken to identify the effect of the rehabilitation program on tearing The connective muscle in measuring (muscular strength, range of motion, level of pain) for short-distance players. The results showed that there were differences in the percentage of improvement in the strength of the working muscles, the range of motion of the working muscles, and the level of the degree of pain on the thigh joint. to a greater degree.
