Abstract

.A program to identify the effect of the rehabilitation program using open and closed kinetic chain exercises for the injury ofthe anterior cruciate ligament after surgery (internal suture technique to enlarge the anterior cruciate ligament) There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements in the degree of total body balance in favor of the post measurement. There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the range of motion of the knee joint in favor of the post measurement.Due to the nature of this research and the goals it seeks to achieve, it relied on the use of the experimental approach with an experimental design for one group using pre, sequential and post measurement, due to its suitability to the nature of this study, as the research community included (12) people and they were randomly selected from those with cut the cruciate ligament The anterior cruciate ligament was chosen after the surgical intervention, which consisted of (5) patients, and it was also chosen by the intentional method from the7patients who cut the anterior cruciate ligament after the surgical intervention using the new technique, which amounted to (7) patients, and the results were the motor rehabilitation program on functional efficiency which showed the effect Positive in improving the research sample. There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the research sample in favor of the post measurement. One of the most important recommendations is the application of a motor rehabilitation program
