Training during service and relationship to the effectiveness of performance for workers in the Directorate of Youth and Sports Dakahlia Governorate.

Abstract

The research aims to identify the Training during service and its impact on the effectiveness of performance for workers in the Directorate of Youth and Sports Dakahlia Governorate, and the researchers used the descriptive approach. Its strength is (30) and a basic sample of (170) workers in the Directorates of Youth and Sports in Dakahlia Governorate, and the results have concluded that there is a positive, statistically significant correlation at the level of 0.05 between in-service training in its axes and the effectiveness of performance for workers in the Directorates of Youth and Sports, and there is a positive correlation. Statistically, at the level of 0.05, between the total score of in-service training in its aspects and the effectiveness of administrative performance. The most important recommendations were paying attention to in-service training programs that help workers to comply with the requirements of modern electronic management, and setting up a follow-up mechanism by the Ministry of Youth and Sports after the end of training programs by taking the opinions of workers.
