Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of time estimation and space differentiation programs on learning the skills of passing and head-hitting in football. To match the study problem the researcher used the experimental method on two groups (experimental and control groups) and pre-post scale.
The main sample of 30 football starters from the Castle S.C Academy and Gzert Elward Athletic club were randomly selected and divided into two groups ; experimental group and control group; with each group having (15) players.
The most significant results were that the experimental group showed statistically significant difference between the pre- and post scales in the time estimation, space differentiation, and the skill level of football skills. The results showed that the experimental group outperformed the control one on the post scales. The study recommended that the program in the research be used in the proposed exercises to develop time estimation and space differentiation capabilities in teaching football skills.
Conducting further studies and research on different ages and
implementing the program in other sports
