Abstract

The importance of servant leadership comes from the fact that it meets the professional needs of workers and responds to their desires, gives them powers and authorities to carry out their job duties, provides them with opportunities to participate in decision-making, encourages them to put forward initiatives, creativity and innovation at work, and provides them with a safe, attractive, supportive and encouraging environment, and supports them to work in a team spirit in All fields and areas of the educational process, and this reflects positively on their behavior, making them more active, committed, loyal and organizational in the work environment.
The research aims to identify the evaluation of the servant leadership practices of swimming coaches in sports clubs. The researchers used the descriptive survey method on a sample of (598) swimming coaches in sports clubs in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The researchers used a questionnaire prepared by them. The opinion of other swim coaches accurately visualizes their strengths and weaknesses - Gives swim coaches the freedom to respond to difficult situations in the best way - Swim coaches provide the opportunity for other coaches to develop their potential - Swim coaches understand that serving others is the essence of servant leadership.
