Abstract

The research aims to: (Improve the level of performance of belly crawl swimmers using specific exercises in terms of some biokinematic indicators.
A high-level swimmer (participated in continental championships) was selected for the part of the biokinetic analysis and extraction of kinematic indicators, and 10 swimmers from the stage (10 years) were selected to apply the basic study, and 10 swimmers similar to the research sample were selected to conduct the exploratory study.

The researcher conducted the first exploratory study to ensure the safety of the tools and devices and to train the assistants to conduct measurements and tests. It was done on a number of swimmers from the exploratory sample, and the second exploratory study was conducted in order to ensure the stability and validity of the tests in question. The basic experiment (the proposed program) was implemented.
From 3/15/2021 to 5/30/2021. Under 4 training modules per week

In the light of the method used, within the limits of the sample, and the data collection tools, the researcher concludes :
- Improved level of technical performance of the arm movements of the research sample swimmers.
An improvement in the elbow angle of the research sample swimmers -
- The proposed program led to improving the length, rate and effectiveness of the intensity of the research sample swimmers .
-The improvement in the technical and skillful level of arm movements led to the development of the digital level of swimmers and the speed of swimmers
