Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of using TRX exercises on some physical abilities and basic skills in football for students of the Teaching Division of the Faculty of Physical Education.
The experimental approach was used using the two-group design, one experimental and the other a control, with pre and post measurement, and the basic research sample was chosen by the intentional method from the students of the third year, teaching division, Faculty of Physical Education _ Mansoura University, and they numbered (40) students, who were divided into two groups A control group (20) female students, and an experimental group (20) female students, and the most important results were the presence of significant differences between the dimensional measurements of the experimental and control groups in favor of the experimental group in the variables under study, where the experimental group excelled In the physical and skill variables, it may be due to the proposed program with TRX exercises and the advantages of such positive exercises in improving physical capabilities, especially flexibility, muscular ability, coordination, balance and performance level of basic skills in football.
• The researchers recommend the importance of using TRX exercises when developing and teaching students the basic skills in football with the aim of both physical and skill development during the process of learning and mastery of performance, especially when there is a deficiency in performance resulting from weakness in the physical aspect.
