Abstract

The effect of a rehabilitative exercise program on the motor efficiency of the spine in patients with lumbar herniated disc after surgical intervention.

This research aims to identify the effect of a rehabilitative exercise program to raise the motor efficiency of the spine for patients with lumbar herniated disc after surgical intervention for spinal patients. They were chosen deliberately and frequent visitors to the Sama Center for Physical Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy in Dekernes. The researchers also used the genometer device to measure the range of motion, the dynamometer device to measure muscle strength, testing the degree of pain before and after the rehabilitation program, and the most important results were that there were statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement in improving the range of motion The rehabilitation program has shown a positive, effective and rapid role in the return of the normal functions of the spine represented in increasing the range of motion and muscle strength of the spine. In a way closer to the truth in the field of sports rehabilitation.
