Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of an aerobic exercise program in the morning and evening periods on the levels of thyroid hormones and some components of the body and measure insulin resistance among obese women from 45:40 years, the researchers used the experimental approach and the selection of the research sample by the intentional method of women with hypothyroidism in the governorate of Dakahlia, Gamaleya city, The most important results were that the aerobic exercise program had a positive effect on improving the levels of thyroid hormones T3, T4 TSH, level of insulin resistance Homa-IR, , Body components (body mass index (BMI), fat mass index, FMI, the amount of water inside the body). TBW, Amount of total fat (TBF), Basic metabolic rate (BMR), and weight loss, Recommendations Use the proposed aerobic exercise program in improving the levels of thyroid hormones, components of body mass, and measuring insulin resistance.
