The effectiveness of a suggested exercise program with omega-3 supplementation on blood lipids in obese men

Abstract

The aim of the research is to know the effect of the sports program with omega-3 on blood fats in obese men. The researcher used two experimental groups, each of them five obese individuals. The first experimental group did the sports program and the second did the sports program with omega-3 intake. The most important resultsThere are statistically significant differences between the pre-measurement and the post-measurement in favor of the post-measurement of the first experimental group (sports program) in the search variables.
- There are statistically significant differences between the pre-measurement and the post-measurement in favor of the post-measurement of the second experimental group (sports program with omega-3) in the research variables.
- There are differences in the rates of improvement between the two groups in favor of the second experimental group.
Therefore, the researcher recommends
Eat omega-3 while working on a rationed sports program to reduce blood fats that lead to heart disease and atherosclerosis.
Omega-3 intake for athletes and non-athletes as an important nutritional supplement.
The work is a case study for the opposite sex
