Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of low-intensity loads using bands blood flow Restriction on some physiological and physical variables and Record level of short-distance swimmers. This study was conducted on a sample of swimmers aged (14-16) years from Ras Al Bar Sports Club swimmers, The researcher used the experimental approach with the experimental design of one group, and by conducting pre and post measurements, on a sample of (5) swimmers. The pre and post measurements were carried out and Low-intensity loads were applied using blood flow restriction bands for a period of (10 weeks). SPO2 in arterial blood, hemoglobin, red blood cells, white blood cells, lactic acid, enzyme creatine phospho kinase (CPK)enzyme(Aldolase) , and the physical variables under study (extreme speed, speed endurance, endurance, maximum strength of the arms, flexibility (flexibility of the shoulders, flexibility of bending the torso from standing, flexibility of grasping and extending the joint of the foot).
