Abstract

The Effect of using self-stimulation associated with laser on the functional efficiency of working muscles

On the ankle joint of athletes with metatarsal tendinitis.





The research aims to design a rehabilitation program with the use of laser to rehabilitate the muscles working on the ankle joint for patients with metatarsal tendinitis. Positive and effective in raising the efficiency of muscle strength in addition to strengthening the muscles working on the metatarsal of the foot affected by the rupture of the metatarsal ligaments of the foot, the method of merging the rehabilitation program and the laser has a positive and effective effect through flexibility and lengthening exercises for the injured limb in the range of motion of the ankle joint.
