The effect of synchronizing some speed and agility exercises on improving the record level of 50-meter freestyle

Abstract

After applying the proposed training program to the sample of research and in the light of tribal and telemetry measurements and the research's findings, the following was concluded: Training program using speed synchronization and agility exercises that affect improved time (50 m free and with an improvement rate of 11.784%). The research concludes that the use of speed synchronization and agility drills directly affects the improvement of the digital level of swimmers in general and free swimmers in particular. The use of speed synchronization and agility drills has an impact on improving the technical performance of free swimmers by improving the compatibility element of swimmer. Recommendations: Within the limits of the research results and based on the conclusions reached, researcher Fana recommends the following: -1. Circulation of speed and agility training to all sunni stages of swimmers because of its high intensity. This benefits swimmers in general, especially those without swimming pools equipped with winter heating. The need to follow a scientific approach when selecting or designing speed and agility training to take into account its suitability for the characteristics and needs of all swimmers, taking into account their individual differences. 3. Apply speed and agility drills in other sports activities based on performance time.
