The effectiveness of a rehabilitation program using manual movements on the functional efficiency of the frozen shoulder joint in diabetic patients.

The research aims to develop a proposed rehabilitation program with the use of manual movements on the range of motion of the frozen shoulder joint in diabetics. Shoulder joint, according to the doctor’s diagnosis, and there were (10) diabetics with frozen shoulder joint, and their ages ranged from (50: 60) years, and the results showed that:

1. The proposed rehabilitation program resulted in reducing pain and restoring the functional state of the shoulder joint as it was before the injury.

2. The proposed rehabilitation program has shown its effectiveness in developing the flexibility of the shoulder joint, which led to an increase in the range of motion of the joint of the affected limb, and it has reached the normal range of the range of motion of the shoulder joint.

3. Muscular strength exercises led to an increase in the level of muscle strength of the shoulder muscles and the strength of the fist in the affected limb, until it reached its equivalent in the healthy limb
