Mindfulness and its relationship to self-image bacteria in a volleyball player

Mansoura, which numbered 227 players and distributed to 107 players and (120) female players. And among the data collection tools are the scale (mental vigilance of volleyball players - prepared by the researcher), and the scale (in the perceived subjectivity of volleyball players - prepared by the researcher) and the most important defenders of volleyball - prepared by the researcher). Among the results reached by the study:
-High level of alertness for volleyball players.
-High level of self-perceived quality of volleyball players.
- There is a direct relationship between a single image in a typical image of the mental image of volleyball players
