Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of training using relative weights on some biomechanical variables and the digital level for 110m/hurdles runners. The Olympic and the participants in the competitions, and one experimental group was using the significance of the differences between the tribal and remote measurements, where the relative weights exercises were applied to the experimental research sample during a training program for the competition and during the special preparation period for a period of (6) weeks with (4) training units for each week And after completing the application of the training program using relative weights training, dimensional measurements were made and then a kinetic analysis was conducted to identify the effect of using relative weights training on some biomechanical variables for 110m/hurdles runners. The most important conclusions were that training using relative weights contributed to improving the special physical variables, some biomechanical variables, and the digital level of the 110m runners/hurdles in the experimental research sample. The hurdle, which had a positive impact on the numerical level of the race as a whole, was the use of relative weights training for the 400m/hurdles runners to improve the specific physical and biomechanical variables and speed over the hurdle over the course of the race
