The effect of a motor rehabilitation program on the deviation of the lumbar vertebrae for postpartum women.

Abstract

The research aims to work on improving the deviation of the lumbar cavity in women in the postpartum stage, through a kinetic rehabilitation program that relied on physical exercises. After childbirth, their number reached 10 women, aged between 30-35 years, and the most important results that were reached: - The kinetic rehabilitation program showed an effective effect in improving the degree of deviation of the lumbar cavity in the research sample by strengthening the muscles of the lumbar region and lengthening the muscles of the region The value of the difference between the mean of the pre and post measurements was (7.14) in favor of the post measurement, and the percentage of improvement in the strength of the muscles working on the back in the lumbar region was (51.29%), while the percentage of improvement was recorded in the variable lengthening the muscles working on the lumbar region in the spine. I have a research sample (48.68 percent).
