Abstract

In recent years, the world's interest in tests and measures has increased as an effective means in the evaluation process, as tests and measurements in physical education are effective and important means that aim to consolidate the principles of programmed and approved scientific planning, the essence of modern scientific theories to reach the highest levels of sports in any game or event Athlete.Therefore, both testing and measurement are of great importance in the motor and sports field in particular, as they are considered as tools to reveal the level of individuals in all physical, physiological, skill, psychological aspects, and each of the mentioned aspects can be measured by a significant group of tests and measurements aggregated Which is called the battery of tests, which is subject to several conditions and controls (honesty, stability, objectivity) (6:27).Measurement is of great importance in the sports field as it is concerned with the results achieved by individuals and about the progress achieved or regression, if any, in their training work. Psychologically measurement refers to the procedures that are used to measure the relative differences between individuals, and it generally depends on knowing the current responses, and using them for the purpose of prediction and decision-making. for future behaviour. The importance lies in the fact that it gives us quantitative indicators about the current state of individuals in order to make it a basis for evaluating the programs put into practice and evaluating them if necessary, and there has appeared a decline
