Abstract

neglecting the training of the trunk muscles or training them in a non-functional specialized way makes the muscles grow in a non-functional way, meaning that attention to groups of trunk muscles through traditional training and neglect of other groups (and this neglect may be through training them in non-functional paths of specialized performance and in an uncombined manner) It causes the muscles to grow in a defective manner and makes them tight and contracting, and this results in a defect in the normal mechanical work of the muscles through the lack of complete contraction, so it becomes weak and a decrease in its strength and the accompanying atrophy in its opposing muscle mass and sagging as a result of not using it.

Through the researcher’s touching on previous studies, he found that it is possible to develop the muscles of the trunk in an effective and functional manner through the exercises of stability of the trunk using the Bulgarian bag and the water bag, and each of them has an effect on the output of muscle strength that helps to solve the research problem.
