Abstract

research aims to develop a set of speed exercises of various kinetic paths and to know its effect on some physical variables and offensive skill performances of handball players. The group was divided into two groups, one of which is experimental and numbering (16) players, and the other control group of (16) players to conduct the basic study and the number (8) players to conduct the survey. The research tools include: a set of physical tests, offensive skill tests, a set of speed exercises with various kinetic paths. Conducting tribal measurements of the research sample on (30-310/12/2021) and the research experiment was applied for a period of (8) weeks during the time period from (1/1/2022) to (24/2/2022) and the dimensional measurements of the research sample were made On (25-26/2/2022), the researcher used statistical methods, including arithmetic mean - standard deviation - median - skew coefficient - simple correlation coefficient - "t" test - improvement ratios, effect size, and the researcher concluded that speed exercises with kinetic paths Various exercises have a positive effect on improving physical variables such as transitional speed, response speed, agility, muscular ability of the legs, speed of reaction, speed endurance, single and compound skill performances.
