Abstract

The study aims to identify the effect of training using ropes on muscular ability and the accuracy of high transmission performance for squash juniors, and to identify the effect of a training program using ropes.

On the muscular ability and accuracy of high transmission performance for squash juniors.

The researcher used the experimental approach by applying the proposed training program to squash juniors, by designing two equal groups, the first experimental and the second controlling, using the method of pre and post measurements, as it is considered appropriate to achieve the objectives and hypotheses of the research.

The research sample was chosen in a deliberate way from the squash juniors in the squash complex in the Olympic Village for the age group under 19 years, and the research sample amounted to (39) juniors, they were divided into 10 juniors as an experimental sample, 10 juniors as a control sample and 19 juniors as an exploratory sample, then the researcher performed homogeneity And the equivalence of the research sample, then the application of the program, which contained Battle Rope training for 8 consecutive weeks, and it consisted of 32 training units, 4 training units per week.

After completing the applying of the Battle Rope training program, dimensional measurements were taken, the data was processed statistically, and the results were presented and discussed.

The researchers recommend the use of Battle rope exercises in squash juniors training programs
