The study aims to identify the effect of some rhythmic training methods on the Accuracy of forehand and serve for tennis juniors, which raised the researcher to assume that there are statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the dimensional measurement in favor of the experimental group. Under 12 years old) who are registered in the records of the Egyptian Tennis Federation, 14 juniors were chosen intentionally and 5 players from the Mansoura Youth Center and from outside the research sample as an exploratory sample.
A number of 4 juniors were excluded from them for lack of regularity in training, and thus the research sample became composed of (10) juniors, and they were divided into two equal groups of 5 juniors each, as follows:-
o The experimental group: The exercises are applied by Rhythmic Exercises
o The controlling group was trained practice style.
The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the dimensional measurement in the physical variables under study, and accuracy of skill performance (under research) in favor of the experimental group.
