A football player feels self-fulfilling through what he does during matches and what he achieves from the goals set for him by his coach, or what he seeks for better performance or higher levels on the field during training or sports competitions<
Therefore, the aim of this research is to build a measure of self-realization among football players, and the researcher used the descriptive approach (the survey method), and the research sample included 44 football players in the clubs (Sherbin - Pioneers - Enppi - Mansoura) for the 2021/2022 sports season, One of the data collection tools is the football players' self-actualization scale, prepared by the researcher.
Among the results of the research: a scale of self-realization was built for football players, and the researcher reached seven dimensions to build the scale, and they are: The first dimension: artistic creativity, and it ontained 11 phrases - The second dimension: acceptance of self and others, and it contained 1 phrases – The third dimension: persistence and perseverance, and it contained 12 phrases - the fourth dimension: independence, and it contained phrases - the fifth dimension: time management, and it contained 17 phrases - the sixth dimension: the ability to accomplish, and contained phrases - the seventh dimension: self-confidence, and contained 15 phrases.
