Effect of counseling program based on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) On self-learning Skills and Psychological Resilience For students of the Faculty of Sport Education during novel Corona Virus pandemic

Abstract

Research aimed to identify the effect of a counseling program based on NLP on self-learning skills and psychological resilience for students of the Faculty of Sport Education during novel Corona Virus pandemic. Basic research sample included (40) students of the first year at the Faculty of Sport Education, Mansoura University academic year(2021 -2022), Data collection tools included the scale of self-learning skills prepared by the researchers, and the psychological resilience scale prepared by Connor-Davidson, (2003), translated by Mohamad Essam Mohamad Al-Talaa (2016), and the most important results were that there were statistically significant differences between the post-measurements of the two experimental and control groups in the dimensions of the self-learning skills scale, the psychological resilience scale and the total score of the two scales for post-measurement of the experimental group, Counseling program based on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) effect positively on the development of self-learning skills and psychological resilience, Where counseling program based on NLP has high impact on self-learning skills and psychological resilience.
