Staff training and its relation to the quality of services provided at fitness centres

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between staff training and the quality of services provided at licensed physical fitness centres in Egypt , Researchers used the descriptive survey method, a sample of 412 individuals representing 22 Egyptian fitness centers , it was applied to a sample of executives, supervisors, administrators, trainers and customer service employees in the physical fitness centres licensed by the Arab Republic of Egypt , the researchers used the survey as a tool to gather information and the main findings were that there was a statistical significance between the training of workers and the quality of services provided at fitness centres. Training of workers as a component of human capital had a significant role and impact on the delivery of services of distinct quality as a component of competitive advantage . The training of workers has a great importance in promoting the affiliation of the staff , their views and their performance with the fitness and training programs during the service to raise its employment and work on developing skills and capabilities of the workers and the study recommended that attention should be paid to the professional and psychological training of staff and to the development of positive qualities in dealing with clients . The increased training and learning of modern technology personnel, which enforces the capacity of competitive fitness centres, increases the need for and demand for scientifically and professionally qualified trainers from clients in fitness centres
