Abstract

This study aims to quantitatively determine the proportions of the contribution of some kinematic indicators to the performance of children’s running skill using three-dimensional kinematic analysis, where the researchers used the descriptive approach using an integrated kinetic analysis unit consisting of (5) Gopro hero5 video cameras, frequency speed 48 M/s, The sample was chosen by the intentional method and numbered (10) children, females under 10 years, and the results of the study revealed that during the moment of breaking the contact of the right foot with the ground, the head position must be maintained forward whenever possible and not turned back, the left foot moves up in the direction of running, the arms move quickly And upwards, during the moment of maximum height of the center of the body’s gravity, the left foot should move upwards as much as possible, the momentary stability of the left arm to lead the right arm performance, the movement of the trunk up and forward, the momentary stability of the left foot to lead the right foot performance, during the moment the left foot is pivoting, the head position should be maintained Forward and in the direction of the next step, the momentary stability of the right arm to lead the left arm performance in the direction of the next step, the head has a great guiding role in reducing external resistance and achieving The mechanical goal of running.
