Abstract

The work environment of the administrative body is characterized by lack of movement and sitting all day to perform the tasks of the job, which leads to a significant weakness in the physical aspects that affects their physical fitness. Fawzi Yacoub Rizkallah (1979), citing Breckenridge and Vincent A. Vincent, points out that the integrated development of the individual consists of several integrated parts, so his mental thought is linked to his physical entity, and his physical health is completely affected by his emotions, and his emotions are affected by his success or failure, his physical health, and his intellectual or mental efficiency His physical, intellectual and social development is the result of his family and personal history.

Muhammad Mersal Hamad (2015) believes that modern education seeks to prepare the individual for the maximum possible learning in order to develop individuals and direct their intellectual, emotional, kinetic and social growth to become qualified to keep pace with the paths of civilization and progress, by preparing young people for creative work, developing their innovative capabilities, and directing them to learn by self-initiative. (11: 127)
