Abstract

This research aims to identify the training effect of rapid kinetic response and spatial orientation ability on the performance time of attack renewal movements for fencing juniors under 20 years old. The researcher used the experimental method by using two groups, one experimental and the other controlling, to achieve the objectives and hypotheses of the study, and the research sample was chosen in a deliberate way from the juniors of fencing in Maadi Club under 20 years old, and included 32 youths. The research resulted in an improvement in the level of the ability to respond quickly and spatially among the fencing players under 20 years old, and the exercises of the ability to respond quickly and spatially have improved the time of performing the attack renewal movements for the young fencers under 20 years old. Therefore, the researcher recommends that the trainers should pay attention to the development of the ability of rapid kinetic response and spatial guidance among the young fencers under 20 years old, and that it be an essential part of the training program for the young fencers, and also the need to conduct more studies similar to these two abilities on the other age groups as well as the use of other combinatorial abilities.
